INTERNKITE

Terms of Use

Last updated 20 September 2026

These terms govern your use of InternKite, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. By creating an account you accept them. They describe the service as it works today.

Who may use InternKite

You may create an account if you are a college student, or if you recruit interns on behalf of a company. You must give accurate information about yourself, and you must not create an account on someone else’s behalf or pretend to be someone you are not.

[DECIDE: the minimum age. See the corresponding section of the Privacy Policy — Indian law treats under-18s as children and requires guardian consent, and the product currently neither asks for an age nor collects consent.]

Your account

You choose one role when you sign up — student or recruiter — and it cannot be changed afterwards. One person may hold one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your Google sign-in secure.

If you are a student

Your profile must describe you truthfully. Marks, grades and qualifications you state must be ones you actually hold. A company may ask you to prove them.

You decide who can see you. Declining a proposal hides you from the company that sent it, and the reason you give is shown to that company. You can make yourself visible to them again at any time.

InternKite is free for students, and we do not charge you to receive or respond to anything.

If you are a recruiter

You must recruit for the company you name, and be authorised by it to contact candidates. A company we have not seen before is checked before you can send anything.

You may send a student an interview proposal or an internship offer. You may not use InternKite to:

  • contact students about anything other than a genuine internship opportunity;
  • ask a student for money, bank details, identity documents or payment of any kind;
  • copy, export, scrape or bulk-collect student profiles, or use automated means to read them;
  • pass a student’s details to anyone outside your company;
  • discriminate unlawfully, including on the basis of caste, religion, sex, disability, region or language.

You may send up to 25 proposals a day and 100 a month. Paid plans beyond that limit are not available yet; [DECIDE: what happens when a recruiter reaches the monthly limit before billing exists].

What InternKite does not promise

We introduce students and recruiters. We are not a party to anything that follows. We do not promise that a student will receive any proposal, that a recruiter will find a suitable candidate, that any interview will happen, or that any internship or offer will be honoured. We do not verify a student’s marks, and our check of a company confirms that it appears to be a real company, not that it is a good employer.

Suspending an account

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, misrepresents who it belongs to, or is used in a way that harms students. Where we can, we will tell you why.

Content you provide

What you write remains yours. You give us permission to store it and to show it to the people this service is built to show it to — a student’s profile to recruiters who can see it, a recruiter’s message to the student it is addressed to — and to nobody else.

Liability

[LEGAL REVIEW: limitation of liability, indemnity and warranty disclaimers. These need a lawyer rather than a sensible-sounding paragraph, because an unenforceable limitation is worth nothing and an overreaching one can invalidate the clause.]

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [CITY] have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will tell you in the product before the change takes effect.
